Country Head, RAD Philippines
Purpose:
- This role is accountable for the Radiology business P&L in the Philippines, driving the business forward through VACC leadership.
- Develop and implement country specific sales and marketing strategies for our portfolio of contrast media, radiology medical devices and software solutions for the Philippines.
- Leading the Radiology Customer and Product squads including sales, marketing, technical service management, clinical applications as well as closely collaborating with local business partners to ensure achievement of financial and operational targets.
- Drive the business development strategies, collaborate with business partners such as OEMs, Country Channel partners, 4PL Providers and local radiology clinical societies.
- Lead the transformation of the Philippines business and organization to align with the regional and global vision, to become the solution provider by 2030.
YOUR TASK and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective & efficient marketing strategies & action plans for the Radiology business in the Philippines, in line with global and regional strategic imperatives and agreed business goals.
- Plan, propose and monitor in-country Radiology top-line and cost targets. Responsible for P&L management and achievement with implementation of action plans to correct variances as needed, in order to ensure sales and profit target achievement and cost effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement processes to achieve and maintain best-in-class customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic growth plans, fully realizing the opportunities of the market in the Philippines, in a sustainable and compliant way.
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders and KOLs to enhance customer input and satisfaction and development of new products and services.
- Lead and implement the transformation of the organization in line with the radiology global vision to become the Solution provider in 2030 through our DSO operating model.
- Lead DE&I initiatives and ensure open communication with the team through coaching and developing members of the customer and product squads to maximize individual contribution and growth.
- Manage business relationships such as OEM & Channel partners, 4PL provider, enabling functions to ensure business continuity and a strong Bayer Radiology presence in the Philippines.
- Responsible to ensure all commercial activities and operations are compliant with local Philippines legal requirements and Bayer corporate guidelines.
- Pro-active member of the ASEAN LT team, driving our DSO operating model by defining and empowering mission teams for cross-ASEAN opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Marketing or Business related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, within Healthcare industry, preferably in Radiology or Pharmaceuticals.
- Dynamic, innovative, forward-looking and customer-oriented.
- Proven track record in leading a team, strong leadership and people-oriented.
- Team player, collaborative style, strong leadership & influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent English skills (spoken & written).
